Unit per Transactions of various Levi’s Stores
Unit per Transaction (U.P.T) can be defined as number of units purchased by a customer or this would give you a fair idea on, how much more the customers are buying of your products per visit. Increasing UPT basically means increased cash memo size, which is a healthy indicator of business.

The Study has been conducted mainly in three Levi’s stores which are the franchisees of Levi Strauss (INDIA) Pvt. Ltd. The primary objective was to
Study the key factors affecting lower Unit per Transactions in certain Levis stores while comparing it with other Levi’s Stores. The study also helped to analyse how much factors like manpower, merchandise & customer service were affecting unit per transactions in Levi’s Stores at Brigade Square, Forum & Garuda Mall.

Research conducted includes descriptive studies from around 290 customers, interview and observational techniques. Comprehensive data analysis using Spss and ms excel has been undertaken. The study would help in increasing the productivity of the Brand Ambassadors as well as the Store.
